I currently have openings for day time appointments (before 3pm). I work with ages 13+ and am in the office Monday through Thursday. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration- I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self.
