My name is Danielle Whalen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Brick, NJ, and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFTt work with clients located in NJ and FL via telehealth. I work with college students and adults specializing in Anxiety, Stress, ADHD, and Bariatrics. My approach to therapy varies based on each client's individual needs. Most frequently I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness modalities to help clients learn more about themselves and working together to create their path forward.
