I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma related disorders, and grief. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, to help my clients to identify and challenge faulty thought patterns, and develop coping strategies that empower them toward wellness. I am extremely passionate about fostering a safe and non-judgmental space in which my clients can learn and grow.
