Our small group practice specializes in mentoring and coaching, a relatable and effective modality for teens, young adults, and adults. Through real-life experiences, mentors model and teach coping tools, life skills, and track desirable habits. The nature of this approach is relational, practical, and strategic. We cultivate a trusting relationship with you, which we believe is foundational to change and personal growth. We use methods such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, psychoeducation, and mindfulness practices to help you develop insight and make informed decisions.
