Discussing your mental health should be an ongoing conversation. While it can be nerve-racking, it's important to identify someone you feel comfortable with to start the conversation. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) who believes that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and respected. I approach therapy with sensitivity to culture, gender identity, religious and spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientation, recognizing that these aspects of identity deeply shape lived experiences, relationships, and mental health.
