A little about me: I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Writing Exposure Therapy (WET), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). If you prefer a Biblical approach, I am comfortable with Christian counseling as well. Finally, if you have experienced a trauma that you need help in healing, yet do not wish to talk about it in deep detail, ART and WET can be utilized to minimize the re-telling of your painful history.
