Briefly stated, I think I am a bright, caring, and sensitive person. I have over 40 years of experience including work with people of varied ethnic backgrounds and issues- in a mental health center, a family counseling agency, and in private practice. I see individuals, couples, and families. What I offer as a therapist is genuine concern, acceptance, and a safe place to work through issues without judgement. I take an active role in therapy, and am more than a passive listener. I encourage self-care such as diet, exercise, and mindfulness.
