Greetings, thank you for your interest in therapy with me. As your therapist, I seek to identify, highlight and improve your innate abilities. It is my belief that all of life’s issues can be tackled by taking it one day at a time, one step at a time. Together we will develop a foundation of skills that will allow you to go from surviving to overcoming and thriving. My clinical background is in working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and past traumatic experiences. I’ve been practicing in the field of counseling and providing other clinical services for over 7 years.
