I help people create lives that feel meaningful, grounded, and worth living—not by fixing what’s “wrong” with them, but by helping them recognize and build on what’s already strong. My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change happens when people learn to harness their strengths, clarify what matters most to them, and take intentional steps toward a life that aligns with their values.
