Sometimes we have thoughts, feelings or experienced things that we don’t know how to handle, or where to even start. This feeling is more common than most of us think and has been my drive into becoming a helping professional. I earned my bachelor’s in Psychology and minored in Criminal Justice from Caldwell University. I then went on to earn my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University. I have experience working in a partial care setting for individuals with persistent mental health and co-occurring disorders, in which I ran various groups and met with individual clients.
