Empowering others has always been a passion of mine. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a wide range of mental health — including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, life transitions, and relational stress. I’ve worked extensively with clients across a broad spectrum of gender identities, cultural backgrounds, neurodivergence, and socioeconomic contexts. My therapeutic tool kit includes EMDR for trauma resolution, as well.
