Welcome! You are ready to take control of your life and start your journey to healing. Perhaps you are struggling with your relationships, going through a difficult life or role transition, experiencing depression/anxiety, or feeling stuck as you navigate through some of the challenges in your life. You are not alone and I am here to help. I believe that our past experiences, whether good or bad, shape our beliefs about ourselves, the world, and affect how we relate to others. My focus is helping my clients heal attachment wounds so that they can improve their connections and break out of negative cycles keeping them stuck.
