You've found me and I am so glad. I support trauma resolution and healing with a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma informed approach. Using embodied practice and inquiry, you will learn how rebalancing and reconnecting with your body and understanding your nervous system can help you heal. I use a highly relational approach in my practice, so if you're looking for a quick fix, I may not be your best fit. I am dually licensed in Montana and Colorado, but please note I am not currently credentialed with CO insurers and am only able to accept private pay and support CO folks via telehealth.
