I have over a decade of clinical experience and am ready to help. I empower clients to make healthier choices and feel better. I also have training & a deep understanding of trauma and its impact. I work with individuals as well as couples looking to strengthen their relationship. I have experience with LGBTQ+ & GNC folx (adults and youth), non-monogamous couples, & sex positive individuals.
