There is no question that life can be incredibly challenging and sometimes chaotic. I believe wholeheartedly that no matter what your past pain or hardships have been you are capable of an abundant and fulfilling life. As a trauma informed clinician I view myself first as a partner on your journey and second as a teacher who can empower you to learn skills and tools to enhance resilience. I’m passionate about working with clients experiencing life transitions, healing from trauma, and improving their sense of self. I have experience working with individuals navigating grief and loss, and managing anxiety and depression.
