I work to normalize your experiences, identify recurring thoughts/behaviors, and provide actionable insights that empower you to overcome obstacles and realize your potential. I have a passion for helping clients with LGBTQIA+ concerns, providing resources, guidance through the coming-out process, and addressing self-harm issues.
