I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 23 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My clinical experiences afforded me the opportunities to help individuals with Adjustment, Anxiety, Depressive, Disruptive Behavior, Impulse Control, Inattention and Hyperactivity, Mood, Personality, and Post-Traumatic Stress disorders, as well those struggling with death and dying, divorce/separation, family conflict, grief and loss, identity, parenting challenges, self-esteem and various stage of life transitions. I seek to intimately understand what brings each client to therapy, assisting them as they explore their life experiences and empowering them to make the changes needed to live a life consistent with what they value. I strongly believe that a compassionate, collaborative relationship between client and therapist is essential to the therapeutic process.
