Too often people wait...and wait, hoping things will "just get better." Or maybe there is a stigma around seeking mental health services. My passion is helping people who have been stuck for too long, maybe even thinking all hope is gone. Being a veteran myself, and more specifically a Navy Psychologist, has enabled an understanding of this unique population. I am aware of the intricacies in navigating the VA and maintaining security clearances in careers after the military.
