At Riverstone Wellness LLC, I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker providing trauma-informed telehealth therapy for veterans, military families, and civilian adults and couples. My clinical and academic focus includes post-deployment reintegration, family systems, intimate relationships, and the effects of trauma and prolonged stress on identity and connection. As a family member of a veteran, I bring both professional and personal understanding to this work. I support clients navigating relationship strain, life transitions, emotional disconnection, and the lasting impact of high-stress experiences. I specialize in creating a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their challenges and work toward healing.
