I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working primarily with adolescents and young adults. I am passionate about reconnecting clients to pieces of themselves that have been fragmented by traumatic experiences, anxiety, anger, grief, and a host of other challenges we face in our daily lives. I use traditional talk therapy and prioritize building a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel safe and supported; validated and understood. I believe in the mind-body connection and bring that into my work as often as appropriate.
