Hello I am Ojuky a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love working with people ages 10-24 who are ready to explore themselves and their experiences. This includes those who may feel misunderstood, struggle with self-compassion, or face challenges related to stress, life transitions, identity, or personal growth. As your therapist I believe you should take care of your mental health just as you do your physical health. Something I enjoy doing is cycling, outdoor runs and group exercise. Not only does it help me stay active, but also clears my mind and helps me reset. These hobbies allow me to stay present for my clients.
