Aloha and Welcome. I specialize in teens (15+) and adults navigating trauma (PTSD and complex), anxiety disorders, life adjustments, relationship issues, depression, and performance-related concerns. My role in therapy is to help you make sense of the challenges you're facing, and provide recommendations on how to address them based on research and my clinical experiences. Then, together, we decide on the best course of action to help you resolve for yourself those concerns. I’ve learned that the best outcomes are the result of trust, respect, and collaboration, while being open to the learning process.
