Welcome — my name is Darlene Meza (they/them), and I am a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families through healing and growth. My first goal in working together is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being fully yourself.
