About
I earned my Master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling at Malone University in 2008. While in school, I led and developed the program, “How to Counsel the Black Family.” I also trained for seven years to work with individuals charged with DUI in Ohio. I moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2010 and worked with various core agencies and private businesses throughout Georgia. In 2012, I received certification in Rational Living Therapy and became a state-certified professional counselor supervisor. View 5 Photos I served as President of the Licensed Professional Counseling Association of Georgia from 2016 through 2018. My transition from non-profit management and the political arena to counseling was driven by my passion for developing mental toughness and helping others reach their full potential.
