Welcome to my profile! My name is Darren and I'm a licensed therapist in North Dakota and Minnesota. I specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders, and I have expertise working with several other mental health conditions listed in my profile. Heightened levels of distress can cause disruptions and impairment in our lives and create maladaptive behaviors over time.
