Everyone has a different journey in life. Sometimes the journey can become a bit overwhelming and our emotions start steering the ship. This has happened to us all at one point in time or another. As a therapist, it is my job to help you regain your captains seat on your ship. This is accomplished by providing multi-dimensional therapeutic intervention that is tailored to each individual client. This therapy is provided in a non-judgmental and relaxing setting (with an extremely comfortable couch).
