My practice is open to individuals aged 5 and up or couples who are struggling with mental health disorders, marital discord, change of life transitions, or dealing with one of life's many struggles. I provide counseling from a systems approach meaning I believe that you have to look at many factors in addressing the problem. My skill and competence is well developed whether I am working with children, individual adults, couples, or families.
