Hello! I am a trauma informed, recovery oriented licensed social worker and addictions counselor. I strive to create an open, friendly and honest space for you to investigate the challenges that bring you to therapy. I work with young adults, adults and elders utilizing a psychodynamic approach with somatic practices to regulate the nervous system and mindfulness as the foundation of self awareness and self care. My hope is that we can work together to increase your tolerance for distress and that you will learn and adopt practices to help you lead a happy, healthy life.
