Hi, I’m Darya. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and more. I believe in the power of being truly seen and therefore aim to create a therapeutic space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment, and explore some of life’s hardest questions. My role isn’t to give you the answers, but to ask thoughtful questions that help you connect with your own inner wisdom. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, people navigating childhood or recent traumas, and individuals and couples experiencing relationships challenges.
