Hi, I'm Daryl Lytle, LPCC, and I have over 18 years of experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and many other issues. I am certified in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and board-certified in neurofeedback. I use a clinical approach balanced with common sense to help you build upon your strengths while overcoming your challenges. Clinically I have worked with clients of all ages, and with telehealth, I prefer to work with adults. I work most often with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I also help people with life challenges and transitions, work, school, relationships, etc.
