I aim to provide a therapeutic environment that is supportive, healing, collaborative, trauma informed, and judgement free. I have 20 years of experience as a mental health professional where I’ve developed strong therapeutic skills as a clinical counselor. I’ve also lead multi-disciplinary treatment teams for both inpatient and outpatient settings. My roles have included Clinical Counselor, Director of Clinical Services and leadership roles in a corporate health care setting. I believe that each individual has a unique set of life experiences and treatment should be custom tailored to empower them help meet their personal needs.
