Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Master's from South University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help young adults struggling with stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. It is my aim to support each of my clients in reaching their fullest potential. It is truly my hope that you become the best version of you through engaging in therapy with me! I always use a gentle approach and strive to make sure my clients know that our time together is beneficial, not just during the session but outside. Clients can expect to adapt new skills to help them cope with life’s challenges.
