I aim to provide a therapy space where your culture, identity, and lived experience are understood without having to explain or justify them. I help clients develop goals that may include feeling more emotionally balanced, building stronger boundaries, deepening self-understanding, and moving beyond survival toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
