I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and current Psy.D. Doctoral Fellow at Davalos Health Services, bringing more than a decade of experience with children, adolescents, and adults. Many of my clients seek support in breaking patterns that no longer serve them, whether that involves healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression, or addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem issues, or codependency. I also work closely with those navigating complex co-occurring conditions, helping them find clarity and direction toward a more fulfilling daily life.
