My approach as a therapist is to walk alongside clients as they discover their own path forward. I strive to offer a compassionate, genuine, and accepting environment where people feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. In therapy, I help clients gain clarity about their current struggles, envision the change they hope for, and take practical steps toward creating the life they want. I support clients seeking help with trauma, grief, relationship challenges, codependency, addiction, anxiety, and depression, among others. I am LGBTQ+ allied and committed to providing a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood. I often use Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own role. IFS helps people connect with their core Self and bring healing and balance to their system. Many find this approach deeply affirming and transformative.
