I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their mental health journeys. My primary strength as a counselor is connecting with my clients and helping them understand the thoughts and feelings behind their beliefs and actions, and then helping them learn to love themselves. If we work together, I will strive to help you connect with your core, centered self such that you can make decisions and take actions from a healthy, confident, curious and calm place rather than from a frustrated, angry, anxious or depressed place. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and other common life issues.
