My expertise lies in helping people learn to express emotions. We all know when we feel sad, or angry, or nervous at times, but struggle with knowing why they feel that way, or how to explain it to others, or how to cope with it in a helpful manner. Most of my clients began with little understanding of the impacts of childhood trauma, with no biological understanding of anxiety or depression, and with people around them claiming they need therapy. My goal is to help all clients find the good in themselves, heal from the wounds they have received their whole life, and harness the Self Love within their hearts and souls.
