Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) . I received my Masters in counseling psychology and have been practicing for 10 years. I help individuals struggling with career stress, self-esteem, relationships and discovering self to become the best versions of themselves. I believe in seeing a person for who they are and focusing on your strengths and values as appose to conceptualizing an individual based on there presenting problems. Our challenges are a portion of us not the sum total of our identity.
