In a world filled with challenges and transitions, I am dedicated to guiding individuals from adolescence to adulthood, with their journey towards self-discovery and empowerment. My passion lies in creating supportive, healing environments where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and unlock their true potential. I work with clients facing a range of challenges which include depression, anxiety, stress management, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and burnout. I also assist individuals who have been diagnosed on the autistic spectrum with their distinctive life challenges.
