I primarily work with adults and am passionate about helping others recognize and fulfill their potential. I have successfully aided clients in addressing a range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, past trauma, anger management, life adjustment issues, relationships concerns, and self-esteem concerns. I encourage each of my clients to further cultivate their internal motivation in the process of setting and realizing their own goals.
