Many of my clients first come to therapy with anxiety, fatigue, depression, and dissatisfaction with their relationships. Some have difficulty making changes in their behaviors, or are uncertain that making changes can make anything better. Areas of their life feel harder than they would like them to be. My clients tend to come to therapy wanting to have fewer negative thoughts or beliefs about themselves or the world, or would like to learn tools for nervous system regulation.
