I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maine and have been practicing since 2010. I hold a B.A. from Dickinson College and an M.S.W. from the University of New England. My practice is guided by the principle of client self-determination, utilizing a clinical model rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My areas of specialization include working with individuals managing chronic illness, ADHD, substance use, anxiety, and depression. In my personal time, I prioritize spending time with my family, traveling, and engaging in research on compelling subjects.
