The last few years have challenged all of us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Many people have had to stay strong and keep going—only to realize later how much the stress, loss, and uncertainty have taken a toll. I created my telehealth private practice to offer a safe, accessible space for healing and support. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and PTSD, and I’m especially passionate about working with members of tthe LGBTQ+ community. As a queer-affirming therapist, my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without having to explain or defend your identity
