I specialize in working one-on-one with individuals to set and achieve treatment goals through a client-centered approach. I am trained and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my work with clients. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use, ADHD, Autism, and life-transitions. I received my Graduate Degree from Boston College and have worked in several capacities within the mental health field including a Clinical Case Manager/Coach, Senior Recovery Specialist, Supervisor for a Residential Program for Adolescents.
