Life can be challenging! We all need help sometimes but it can be hard to ask for help. I want to make it easy. I’ve been a therapist for over 35 years and have helped people with many of the issues we all face at one time or another. Some of the issues I help clients with include anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, grief, addiction, stress, life transitions and existential issues. Therapy begins with establishing a safe space where you can share freely about your concerns and goals so that I can help you develop an understanding and the tools to help you get on track with living the life you want.
