I provide counseling services for those seeking help with depression and anxiety related disorders, grief, trauma, injury, OCD, and family/couples communication and relational difficulties. I utilize both skill based modalities (DBT, CBT, and ERP), as well as attachment and experiential modalities (IFS, EFT, and Narrative). I enjoy working with the whole family to build trust and communication. I also offer performance-based counseling, where the goal is to reduce distress that takes away from your ability to do and enjoy the tasks you need to to.
