I specialize in the treatment of substance abuse and addictions of all kinds, mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and life transitions, and trauma treatment with somatic healing and Attachment Focused EMDR. If you are struggling with a substance abuse issue and are looking to work with a counselor one-on-one who deeply understands the struggles of addiction and the triumphs of recovery, we may be a good fit. I have been in long term recovery myself for many years and my combined training in psychotherapy and my personal experience place me in a unique position to be of service.
