Life's hurdles are unexpected and frustrating to deal with in a society that expects we shoulder them without flinching. The past 2 years has not helped most in regards to relationships and how we view ourselves. Maybe you know what you need to do to get past your self-view, a toxic relationship, a past trauma. Maybe you are unsure at this point - either way - keeping your thoughts in isolation only breeds discontent, which can trickle into every facet of our lives until we cannot remember what our "best-self" looked like.
