An old proverb says : "The best time to plant a seed was twenty years ago, and the second best time is today". This quote captures what taking a first step looks like. Getting started is often the most challenging part. Days turn into weeks, weeks into years. We stagnate and stall and judge ourselves for it. I specialize in helping people who have gotten stuck. They often suffer from depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. In therapy we process past experiences, uncovering pivotal moments of pain, despair, inner conflict. You will learn to address and take on negative self images which foster hopelessness and pessimism. Our work together build a path forward where you will develop your unique strengths and a new sense of hope and optimism.
