My ideal client would be someone who is motivated to make changes in their way of living to increase their quality of life. Maybe they have depression, anxiety, work issues, trouble building and maintaining healthy relationships, or struggle to manage their anger. They have recognized a need for change and are open to therapy. This client would be receptive to evidence based practices and willing to step of their comfort zone when it comes to looking into themselves and their history.
